Michel Kuipers signs...
Brighton's Martin Perry has spoken on new signing, reserve keeper Michels Kuipers, pointing to the strength and depth the signing has brought.
Kuipers will arrive at the Withdean as second choice keeper, behind Mark Ormerod following the stoppers capture from Bristol Rovers.
Perry, chief executive with the Seagulls, said: "Mark will stay as our number one keeper, but if he gets a nasty injury then will know that we can call on someone who is capable of doing the job.
"It gives use strength in depth."
Ireland Tour Details
.Officials at the Withdean stadium have announced dates for a pre-season tour of Ireland, which will begin next month.
The Seagulls will travel across the Irish Sea to play Longford on July 17th, Athlone on July 19th and Galway United at Colemanstone on July 21st.
These fixtures will provide the Seagulls and it's fans some of their first views of the news signings that have come to the club.
Adams scours the market
Micky Adams is still scouring the market for fresh blood as he bids to strengthen the Brighton squad for the next campaign.
The Albion boss had something of a clear at the end of last season with several players being given free transfers and Jamie Campbell and Rod Thomas were told that they could go if they get fixed up elsewhere.
Adams has already snapped up Paul Brooker from Fulham for £25,000 and is looking at the extensive list of available players to further bolster the squad.
The PFA estimates that some 1,000 professionals were made available at the end of last season.
